How do I determine my correct shoe size?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive size guide available on each product page. Since our shoes are handcrafted on specific lasts, we suggest measuring your foot length in millimeters for the most accurate fit.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Standard ready-to-wear items are processed within 2-3 business days. For Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs, please allow 4-6 weeks for our artisans to craft, finish, and inspect your shoes before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, pristine items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom Made-to-Order pairs are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welt or Blake Stitch construction, allowing them to be resoled by a professional cobbler multiple times, ensuring a lifetime of wear.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and absorb moisture. Clean with a damp cloth and apply a high-quality cream or wax polish every 2-3 weeks to keep the leather hydrated.
